Salon Manager Part-Time

PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi‑unit salons as a Salon Manager within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Job Type: Part‑Time, 6‑7 hours daily, not to exceed 30 hours.

• Ability to work days, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
• Timely communication to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

• MUST HAVE: Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
• Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point‑of‑Sale device.
• Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred).
• Physical requirements:
  
  walk, reach with hands and arms, stand for a minimum of 6 hours, lift and/or move 30 lbs., stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
