Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Are you passionate about creating a safe and compliant work environment? We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead and manage all aspects of EHS programs within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate EHS regulations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental inspections.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inspections, permits, and licensing.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Analyze safety metrics and trends to drive improvements.
• Deliver EHS training programs for employees and leadership.
• Oversee hazardous materials handling and environmental waste management.
• Manage emergency preparedness and life safety systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and develop EHS staff.

• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate degree with relevant experience) in Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene/Safety, or related field.
• 8 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as CSP or CHMM preferred.
