Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Child Focus Inc.

Location:

4760 Redbank Expwy, Cincinnati, OH 45227 (Hamilton County). Full‑time position with flexible scheduling and telecommute options.

Child Focus is a non‑profit organization dedicated to strengthening our community through compassionate mental health care. We are seeking dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapists to provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to holistic client care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy/counseling to youth, families, and adults in an office setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address holistic client needs.
  • Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments, develop and implement individual service plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Participate in and facilitate treatment team meetings with clients and their families.
Qualifications
  • Degree required:
    Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • License required: LSW, LPC, or MFT.
  • License preferred: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT.
