Full-Time Industrial Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist

Oxford at Work is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, independent-minded Athletic Trainers or Physical Therapists to join our dynamic Injury Prevention Specialist team in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.
This is a full-time position with the flexibility to complete “office time” wherever works best for you, giving you greater autonomy while still being fully supported.
You’ll apply your orthopedic expertise and wellness-focused mindset in an onsite workplace setting, helping employees stay healthy, reduce injuries, and create safer, more productive environments. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training with current NATA BOC ATC certification OR
State-licensed Physical Therapist (Ohio or Kentucky license)
ExperienceOne to two years of experience preferred
Strong orthopedic background preferred
Interest or experience in ergonomics or wellness is ideal
Industrial or ergonomic experience is a plus but not required
Ideal candidates enjoy building relationships and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Preferred QualificationsBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
Additional RequirementsValid driver’s license required
