Job DescriptionBeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Data Processing Clerk II – Team Lead who provides leadership and oversight for data entry and occupational coding operations supporting public health and surveillance projects. This role coordinates staff activities, supervises quality control processes, and ensures compliance with federal data standards while mentoring junior clerks and supporting operational objectives. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to BeVera Solutions, LLC.

This role is part of a pre‑award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily data entry and occupational coding activities.
- Coordinate staff assignments, onboarding, and workflow distribution.
- Review flagged records and oversee quality control reviews.
- Validate complex coding and data discrepancies.
- Provide clerical and documentation management support.
- Train and mentor Data Processing Clerks I and II.
- Conduct system testing and coding validation using tools such as NIOCCS.
- Support training delivery and technical guidance.
- Lead team meetings, status updates, and process reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in data entry, coding, or records processing.
- Prior supervisory, team lead, or training experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Access.
- Deep knowledge of government coding systems, including:
- Census Industry & Occupation Codes
- NAICS
- SOC
- Experience performing quality reviews and coding validation.
- Experience supporting public health or federal contract programs.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Tier 1 (Low Risk) Background Clearance.
- Compliance with all federal data protection and confidentiality regulations required.
