This full-time, on-site Therapist role is based in Cincinnati, OH. As a Therapist, you will conduct both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, including the Developmental Repair Model. Collaborating closely with families, you will facilitate parent coaching and family therapy sessions to address specific goals and promote skills development in children. Additional responsibilities include designing individualized care plans, supporting children in structured activities, and maintaining thorough documentation of therapy progress.
Qualifications- Experience in child and family therapy, including the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with young children and caregivers.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to children with unique emotional and behavioral needs.
- Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills to effectively engage with children and their families.
- Adept at working in structured environments and facilitating group activities that promote social and emotional skills.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Licensure as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW is preferred.
- Experience or training in the Developmental Repair Model or similar evidence-based therapeutic methodologies is a plus.
