PRN Speech-Language Pathologist

Aventura at West Park Hills is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This role is ideal for an SLP looking for flexibility while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and Point Click Care  (PCC)

• Provide education to residents, families, and staff regarding treatment plans and safe swallowing strategies

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current Ohio SLP license

• CCC-SLP required

• SNF/LTC experience preferred (new grads with strong clinicals encouraged to apply)

• Experience with Net Health and PCC preferred

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, resident-first approach

• Flexible PRN scheduling
