Job Summary:
Ruby ABA is seeking a passionate, experienced, and mission-aligned Clinical Director to join our leadership team! Responsibilities- Lead clinical oversight ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality ABA services
- Supervise and support BCBAs and RBTs, fostering their growth through coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and payer requirements
- Collaborate with operations leadership to uphold efficient scheduling and service delivery
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and clinical training of new team members
- Promote a strong, values-driven culture through example and mentorship
- Active BCBA certification and Ohio COBA license required
- Demonstrated leadership ability — formal supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort making data-based decisions
- Sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and transition between floor-based and standing positions as needed during client observation, assessment, and staff supervision
- Engage in direct client interaction, modeling, or behavior support as clinically necessary
- Provide physical guidance or assistance in safety-related situations, as appropriate to oversight responsibilities
- Respond quickly to client movements or behaviors to ensure client and staff safety
- Maintain physical stamina to conduct client observations, caregiver meetings, and staff supervision across multiple hours per day

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
