Job Summary:

Ruby ABA is seeking a passionate, experienced, and mission-aligned Clinical Director to join our leadership team! • Lead clinical oversight ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality ABA services
• Supervise and support BCBAs and RBTs, fostering their growth through coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and payer requirements
• Collaborate with operations leadership to uphold efficient scheduling and service delivery
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and clinical training of new team members
• Promote a strong, values-driven culture through example and mentorship

• Active BCBA certification and Ohio COBA license required
• Demonstrated leadership ability — formal supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort making data-based decisions

• Sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and transition between floor-based and standing positions as needed during client observation, assessment, and staff supervision
• Engage in direct client interaction, modeling, or behavior support as clinically necessary
• Provide physical guidance or assistance in safety-related situations, as appropriate to oversight responsibilities
• Respond quickly to client movements or behaviors to ensure client and staff safety
• Maintain physical stamina to conduct client observations, caregiver meetings, and staff supervision across multiple hours per day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
