This is a full-time community based Therapist role located in Cincinnati, OH. The Therapist will work closely with children and families, providing counseling and therapy services to address their therapeutic needs and improve outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing individual and family therapy, and documenting client progress. The Therapist will collaborate with other professionals and community partners to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications- Specialized therapeutic skills, including Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Proficiency in Documentation, Case Management, and developing Treatment Plans
- Understanding of Mental Health Counseling and Behavior Management practices
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Ohio as an LSW, LPC, or equivalent is preferred
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical or community-based setting
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity, ethical practice, and a family-focused approach
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
