We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential life skills. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$23 (with potential for growth) in a supportive, clinically driven workplace.

Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with structured training and ongoing support
- High School Diploma or GED
- Passion for working with children!
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- No prior ABA experience required – we provide full training
This is an active, hands‑on role working directly with children. The Registered Behavior Technician must be able to frequently sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and transition between floor and standing positions; lift or support children up to 40–50 pounds as clinically appropriate; engage in active play and movement‑based learning; physically prompt and model skills outlined in treatment plans; respond quickly to ensure client safety;
maintain stamina for multiple sessions per day; work across clinic, home, school, or community settings; and manage environments that may include loud noises or unpredictable behaviors.
