13 Week Contract w/ possibility of extension!

$2700-$3000 weekly gross (based on qualifications)

$68.00/hr – $75.00/hr

• M-F, 40 hours
• Day & evening shifts available – Can accommodate 5 8's or 4 10's
• Day shifts start at 6:30-7:00 AM, evening shift start 9:30-10:00 AM
• Weekend shifts available – Open to hiring someone just for weekends
• Flexible with scheduling, willing to accommodate candidate preference as much as possible

• Approved for 3 additional travel MRI techs to join their team.
• MRI team supports 4 locations (3 outpatient, 1 inpatient) – Travelers typically only work at the hospital but will have to support an outpatient site if needed.
• Start day by turning on the machines, troubleshooting if necessary.
• Main types of patients seen are cardiac; will also see some brain/spine/breast/ortho.
• Prepare material for patients for the day (contrast, i-STAT for running blood work, etc.) – Responsible for starting IV injections for contrast; experience and comfort with performing venipuncture is required.
• Experience with patient positioning, MR safety, IV contrast, and knowledge of the physics of the machine is required.
• Same machines at 3 locations:
  Siemens Era 1.5T & Siemens Avanto 1.5T; stand‑alone location:
  Siemens Verio 3T.
• EMR = EPIC // Responsible for own charting – signs & symptoms, history, documenting amount and type of contrast used, etc.
• Expect 10-20 calls per day: registration calling for approval to schedule implant patients, approval for pacemaker patients, doctors calling to verify orders, etc.
• ARRT required (national cert);
  Ohio-specific radiology/x-ray license not needed.
• Open to ARMRIT candidates.
