What You’ll Do

As the BHT Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Behavioral Health Technicians and BHT Leads, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents. You’ll foster a culture of kindness, honesty, and respect while driving excellence in service delivery, staff development, and program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of BHTs
• Ensure trauma-informed, inclusive, and engaging programming
• Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support resident health
• Manage facility needs and maintain operational readiness
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and crisis response
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Associate degree in Human Services preferred;
  High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience; 5+ years in customer service with diverse populations
• Certifications: Valid Ohio Driver’s License; CDCA within 6 months of hire
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, leadership, and computer proficiency

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
• The employee is frequently required to walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch. Occasionally, the employee must lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Keyboard data entry is also required.
