Complete daily pre check and post check maintenance checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order;
Gases vehicle on specified days of the week, maintains cleanliness of van and stocks supplies when necessary;
Meet and greet customers, obtain and verify patient demographic information, and ensure completion of forms
