Clovernook Healthcare is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our skilled nursing and ventilator care team on a PRN night shift (7 PM–7 AM) schedule. • Deliver high-quality respiratory care for residents on ventilators, trachs, and oxygen therapy

• Complete ventilator checks, adjustments, and tracheostomy maintenance per provider orders.

• Administer respiratory treatments including nebulizer and bronchodilator therapy.

• Assess and document resident respiratory status and respond quickly to changes.

• Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to develop and adjust care plans.

• Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is clean, calibrated, and functioning.

• Support admissions, weaning, and shift handoffs through strong communication.

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (RRT required).

• Active Ohio RRT license

• BLS required
  , ACLS preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with ventilator/trach care (SNF, LTACH, or hospital experience preferred).

• Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining patient safety.

• Professional, reliable, and passionate about quality resident care.
