Job Responsibilities
- Resources - Assessment, discernment, completion and mastery of entry level resources such as: income-based Medicaid, hospital financial programs and Title V funding.
- Family Experience - Serve as a direct contact for parents with complex financial needs and billing concerns and work to improve the family's experience.
- Family Education - Educate families how to utilize available resources and renew them for chronic care patients.
- Hospital Billing - Basic understanding and utilization of hospital billing system.
- Liaison - Act as liaison between family, customer service and basic billing teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
- NAHAM CHAA certification must be obtained within a year of hire into the role.
