Position: Patient Experience Program Assistant, Full Time, First Shift

Provide administrative support to assigned programs to include reporting and data analysis, contact with patients, families, staff and/or others throughout the organization, and coordination of meetings, publications or other events to ensure fulfillment of the program objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. | A minimum of five year’s experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate data pulled from various systems (MIDAS, Press Ganey, etc.). Analyze, and provide feedback to leaders on trends to drive performance improvement as it relates to the patient experience.
  • Coordinate and perform activities to support initiatives aimed to improve the patient and family experience across the UC Health enterprise (WCH, UCMC, & Ambulatory).
  • Maintain organizational knowledge to ensure communication on both internet and intranet platforms is accurate and updated for patient experience and PFAC sites.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes of assigned teams and ensure all members receive communication as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
