Tri‑County – Springdale, OH; West – Bridgetown North, OH; Ft. Mitchell, KY; Mobile Unit – Originates at Clifton).
Recruiting several Entry Level Phlebotomists/Donor Care Technicians, Level 1, to register and screen prospective blood donors and perform phlebotomy. The role requires friendly, patient, reliable individuals who will take vital signs, perform venipuncture, and provide post‑donation care. Experience in customer service and phlebotomy is ideal; excellent communication skills, a focus on quality, and flexibility with scheduling are essential.
Essential Functions- Guides donors through the donation process and provides education.
- Obtains and updates registration information prior to donation.
- Evaluates prospective donors for suitability based on health history and physical examination.
- Documents all procedures electronically or manually to meet regulatory and HBC guidelines.
- Performs quality control of collection equipment.
- Selects vein, prepares site, and performs phlebotomy for whole blood collection.
- Maintains a successful phlebotomy rate.
- Recognizes and manages adverse donor reactions.
- Assumes receptionist duties when necessary.
- Performs related duties as required by department.
High School Diploma or GED
Required Trainings/CertificationsValid driver’s license with acceptable record
Required ExperienceSix months of customer service experience

Starting Pay Rate: $19.20 per hour.
Hours:
32‑40 per week (based on location need). Shift differential pay available.
