Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapy
Grow Together is a family-centered Occupational Therapy practice located in the Cincinnati area. We focus on providing flexible therapy options, including mobile visits, in-clinic sessions, and services at our play center. Our goal is to support families by addressing their therapy needs with personalized care. Additionally, we offer expert guidance to help fellow therapists start and grow their private practices.
Role DescriptionThe Speech-Language Pathologist provides pediatric speech and language therapy services to children served by Grow Together Therapy. Services may be delivered in the clinic or through community/mobile visits depending on clinician availability and client needs. The SLP supports the development of communication, language, and participation skills through play-based and family-centered therapy approaches.
The ideal clinician for this role:- Enjoys working with children and families
- Communicates well with caregivers and team members
- Comfortable providing therapy in clinic and community settings
- After‑school therapy sessions (3:00–6:00 PM)
- 1099
- Therapy sessions Monday–Friday depending on clinician availability
- Clinic‑based pediatric speech therapy
- Community/mobile therapy visits
- Optional PRN coverage opportunities for therapist absences

- Expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech interventions
- Experience in addressing Dysphagia and managing Communication Disorders
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Ohio
- Prior experience working with children and families is a plus
