Speech-Language Pathologist $5,000 Signing Bonus

Hamilton County ESC, Cincinnati, Ohio

QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field from an accredited college or institution, Ohio Department of Education Certification/Licensure/Registration in speech‑language pathology, and an Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board License. Must be able to travel to various locations on a daily basis.

JOB SUMMARY: To identify and provide services for students with communication disorders.

• Provide screening, diagnostic assessments, and interventions to identify students with speech and language disabilities.
• Appropriately implement rules and regulations in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Develop, implement, manage and progress‑monitor Individualized Education Programs for students with communication disorders.
• Communicate and collaborate with educational team members and stakeholders.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of Hamilton County ESC.
• Participate in professional development to stay current in evidence‑based practices, maintain licensure, and improve job performance.
• Provide information and/or consultation to parents and school staff about communication development and effective intervention strategies for prevention and remediation of speech and language disorders related to the curriculum.
• Manage the workload as needed for each unique assignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
