• Must have current driver’s license, up-to-date insurance and reliable vehicle
• Must provide clean criminal background check, pass drug screen and TB screen
• Must be mature, reliable, caring and punctual
• Minimum 1 year experience, preferred

• Provide Home Care Assistance to clients covering companionship, homemaker/chore services, personal care/hygiene, transferring, transport, medication reminders, dressing, meal preparation, daily grooming, shopping and much more.
• Follow Home Well’s processes and policies and provide professional caregiver services to clients and families.
• Commit to providing the best in-home care to clients.
• Work with minimal supervision under the direction of the client care manager and staffing coordinators.
• Follow set care plans and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain skills and pursue ongoing learning.

• Hourly pay $14 - $16
