$50 hiring bonus FT - $50 referral bonus - $17-19 per hour rates

LMSIDD is a company providing homemaker personal care support and community inclusion for individuals in Ohio counties with developmental disabilities.

We are seeking mature, experienced individuals in the field of homemaker personal care services.

We look to provide quality, dependable assistance for our clients in their designated place of residence.

• Dedicated focus on improving the quality of life for those we serve.

• Cleaning duties: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning mirrors and interior windows, washing dishes.
• Bathing assistance.
• Assistance with required health equipment (wheelchair, colostomy bags, walkers, and other mobility aids).
• Administering medicine based on client requirements.
• Verifying safety requirements—including extinguishers, alarms, and fire drill execution.
• Non‑medical transportation: grocery shopping, errands, appointments, social events, and transfers to and from day support.
• Chaperoning for community outings during shifts.
• Providing services in Hamilton, Clermont, and Warren counties.
• Verifying that all expected activities in the individuals’ service plans are documented as completed or otherwise noted.
• Timely reporting of daily service‑plan deliverables.

• Extremely dependable and self‑motivated; customers rely on your reliability daily.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance and driver abstract.
• At least 6 months experience in the field of homemaker personal care working with individuals with developmental disabilities; references required.
• Pass a background check requested by BCI and FBI.
• Proof of current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Review the list of responsibilities and feel confident in your ability to deliver.
