Psych Pros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for an office-based Youth Therapist to work full-time in Cincinnati.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Licensed in Ohio as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
- Valid driver’s license and insured automobile
- 3+ years of experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- $65,000 annual salary
- Full benefits package
- Provide individual and group therapy using developmentally appropriate approaches such as play therapy, art-based interventions, and social-emotional learning.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Offer behavioral strategies and emotional support to help youth succeed.
- Communicate with caregivers and external providers to support continuity of care.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
