Saint Joe’s Alice House Community Respite Program provides short-term, high-quality support for individuals with developmental disabilities. • Provide personal care and companionship
• Assist with daily living tasks, mobility, and hygiene
• Participate in fun, engaging recreational activities
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and families
• Support each individual’s physical and emotional well-being

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
• Current auto insurance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism and calmness in high-stress situations
