Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform charge audits and potential client assessments as assigned.
  • Resolve incorrect or missing charges to prevent revenue loss and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Identify documentation gaps to support charges captured and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for missing revenue and report findings to management.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to educate stakeholders on documentation and charge capture standards.
  • Review injection & infusion work queues in Epic and resolve pre‑bill and post‑bill errors identified by Opera Solutions software.
  • Support the organization in achieving its financial goals.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to conduct assessments and provide education and training related to audit findings.
  • Respond to clients’ audit requests in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed department productivity and quality standards.
  • Review CMS, OIG, and other government websites to stay abreast of charge capture guidelines and their impact on revenue.
Qualifications
  • Current RN or LPN licensure.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, self‑starter with ability to meet time constraints and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.
  • Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations.
Preferred Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/revenue codes, charge capture and billing best practices, and government and non‑government reimbursement guidelines.
Required Certifications
  • Candidate must hold or be able to obtain at least one of the following professional certifications: CCDI (Certified Clinical Documentation Improvement), CCS (Certified Coding Specialist), RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator), RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician), COC (Certified Outpatient Coder), PMP (Project Management Professional), CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor).
