School Based Clinical Manager

Psych Pros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a full-time School Based Clinical Manager to work in Cincinnati area high schools.

Qualifications-Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field

Independently licensed in Ohio as LISW or LPCCValid driver’s license and insured automobile

Strong ability to lead, develop, mentor and coach clinicians to success

Previous experience in a school-based services setting is preferred

Benefits-Salary range 70K depending on experience

Responsibilities-Provide work coordination and clinical documentation review for school based therapists and case managers.

Provide oversight and supervision to ensure staff objectives and job expectations are clear and staff has the support, knowledge, materials, procedures and protocols to perform the work as expected and to ensure outcomes are being met.

Ensure that quality services are provided to clients and their families using best practices and evidenced based curriculums.

Support the development of standardized clinical best practices and interventions with principals, social workers, teachers, and therapists across the program.

Carry a caseload and perform at least 20-25 hours of direct one-on-one client contact per week through individual or group counseling.

Conduct diagnostic and bio-psychosocial assessments, create treatment plans, status reviews, discharge planning and supportive recovery counseling.
