Expected starting pay range: $61,401.60 – $78,291.20 annually. Pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of Ohio
• Past experience preferred but not required

• Base pay starting at $50,602.24 annually as a salaried/exempt employee (.8 FTE), increasing based on years of experience post‑MSW
• $5.00 per hour weekend differential added to base pay
• Benefits begin first day of employment
• Paid Time Off (PTO) starts to accumulate immediately (≈ 24 days per year for .8 FTE). Unused PTO rolls over.
• Clinical Advancement Program with potential pay increases for meeting competencies at each level:
  Social Worker II, Social Worker III/Care Manager
• Multiple opportunities to receive all CEUs
