• Utilize EMR [Point Click Care ] to record patients' medical information and vital signs
• Assess respiratory status and perform respiratory care procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Administer respiratory therapies, treatments, and medications as prescribed.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment and oxygen delivery systems.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
• Support residents with chronic respiratory conditions through ongoing monitoring and care.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on respiratory care procedures and equipment use.
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident responses.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards.
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 6 months of experience working under an active RT license
• Previous experience with PCC (Point Click Care )
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Active and unencumbered OH
  RT License
