Caregiver Job Summary

Meadow Falls of Finneytown, a premier senior living community in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high‑quality care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
• Support residents with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
• Encourage and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as walking, transferring, and using assistive devices
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
