• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Maintain both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment, averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training: minimum one session per client per month.
• Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and delivered with integrity; make consistent program decisions and conduct overlaps with RBTs.
• Oversee programming in center‑based and community settings (if applicable).
• Design and implement treatment plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Oversee ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Direct, lead, and supervise behavior technicians; oversee assigned RBT supervision hours.
• Stay current on research and best practices.
• Fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments as needed.
• Supervise BACB student supervises when assigned.
• Assist with interim care for potential clients as needed.
• Document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines.

• Lift and carry clients weighing at least 30 pounds.
• Restrain, hold, transport, and use quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan with children exhibiting challenging behavior.
• Assume varied postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods.
• Walk and chase clients, maintaining a three‑foot distance at all times.
• Attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing.
• Have manual dexterity to perform data collection on computer and electronic devices.
• Have visual acuity for reading written communication through computers, devices, and paper.
• Transfer written data to electronic files or database systems.
• Maintain prolonged periods of computer use while seated at a desk or floor.
• Assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space including toys and furniture.
• Administer medication to clients.

• BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Valid fingerprint clearance card and TB test prior to employment.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, reports, and caregivers.
• Excellent time management and proven ability to meet deadlines.
