This role is 40 hours per week and visits members at home, reviews medications and medical history, performs a physical evaluation, and may include diagnostic tests as ordered by plans.
Active, unrestricted NP/PA licenses with board certification are required; multi-state licenses are preferred. Travel within licensed states is needed, with some virtual visits.
