Job Type: Full-time 11pm-7am

Pay Rate: $16/hour plus shift differential

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents or family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident participation in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and community functions.
• Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized and self‑motivated to provide excellent care.
• CPR Certified. Nursing aide certification is a plus.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co‑workers, residents, families, and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Previous experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community is a plus.
• Valid CPR certification required.
