Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver
Location:
The Ashford of Mt. Washington
Job Type: Full-time 11pm-7am
Pay Rate: $16/hour plus shift differential

- Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents or family needs.
- Motivate and encourage resident participation in activities.
- Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and community functions.
- Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Organized and self‑motivated to provide excellent care.
- CPR Certified. Nursing aide certification is a plus.
- Effective communication skills to interact with co‑workers, residents, families, and peers.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Previous experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community is a plus.
- Valid CPR certification required.
