As a caregiver working in a client’s home, you’ll provide personalized care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Monitoring changes in condition and communicating with the office
• Documenting care notes

We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and take pride in the care they provide.

• Active Florida CNA license
• Current CPR certification (in person)
• Required home care trainings (Alzheimer’s/Dementia, HIV/AIDS, Assistance with Self‑Administration of Medication – can be completed online if needed)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to client homes in the Jacksonville / Clay County area
• Availability for weekday and/or weekend shifts
