We are currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Location:

Travel to Long Term Care facilities in the region

Employment Type:

Full-Time

• Provide care and assessments to patients using non-invasive and invasive ventilators (experience preferred)
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide respiratory therapy recommendations
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, hospital teams, and facility staff to optimize patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to manage ongoing pulmonary care
• Educate Long Term Care staff on respiratory equipment and disease management
• Ensure proper setup, operation, troubleshooting, and sanitation of respiratory equipment
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and follow-ups in a timely manner
• Uphold all HIPAA and company policies and procedures

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Active Ohio License (CRT or RRT via NBRC)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and pre-employment physical
