Provide basic patient care including care, comfort, vital sign measurement, personal care and hygiene; assist with mobility and independence.;
Act as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes and/or concerns.;
Provide high-level customer service to patients, families, visitors, and employees.;
Document patient care accurately, precisely, and timely in the EHR as applicable.;
Participate in hand-off/report of pertinent information upon arrival and departure.
