Pharmacist

The role involves accurately processing and dispensing prescriptions, including adherence packaging and medication synchronization programs. You will educate patients on medication use, side effects, and treatment adherence, particularly for behavioral health conditions. Collaboration with providers, case managers, and clinic staff to support patient treatment plans and improve outcomes is essential. Additionally, you will administer immunizations and provide clinical pharmacy services in accordance with state regulations, while maintaining compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements, HIPAA standards, and medication safety protocols.

Conducting medication reviews to identify interactions, therapy concerns, and adherence barriers is also a key responsibility.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Active, unencumbered pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Prior community pharmacy experience, especially with medication therapy management, is highly preferred.

Work Environment

The position offers no late-night or weekend requirements. Work is conducted inside clinics, with the first shift running from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and a lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM daily. The role provides flexibility to work with different sites in the future, and onboarding will facilitate opportunities with various assignments or contracts. Coverage is initially for July 29th - 31st, with potential for additional coverage if needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
