• Expected Starting Pay Range: $18.16 - $22.25
• Pay based on experience, skills, and equity. Additional pay may apply for shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials; benefits may also be included.

Shift: Evening (U.S.) – 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., rotating holidays and weekends

Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours per week, FTE 1, Employee Status:
Regular

• Perform approved specimen collection procedures, point‑of‑care testing services, and processing; provide education and support to patients and families regarding tests and specimen acquisition.
• Act as patient advocate and meet patient/family needs; provide information regarding patients admitted, referred, transferred, or discharged from units; offer emotional support as needed.
• Collaborate cooperatively with colleagues to achieve goals; develop positive working relationships and promote a professional work environment.
• Maintain professional development through continuing education, conferences, meetings, in‑services, and seminars; apply knowledge and skills in work and the organization.
• Understand and comply with applicable policies, guidelines, regulations, and accreditation standards; document compliance and maintain safety and efficiency of work areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Phlebotomy or related clinical laboratory specimen collection experience, or completion of a Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program.
• Preferred:
  Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification.
