Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Blue Ash, Ohio, provides end-of-life care and serves patients within a 50-mile radius. STNAs are invited into vulnerable moments and act as the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team in our Even More Care program, responding to urgent physical or psychosocial needs and sitting beside patients in active dying stages.
Shift: Saturday Night 8:00 PM to Sunday Morning 8:30 AM.
