Tri Health is seeking a Hospice Aide II to provide direct patient care to Hospice of Cincinnati patients under the direction of a nurse. You will assist with daily living activities and offer companionship and emotional support in a compassionate, patient-centered manner.
In this role, you may be assigned as Unit Coordinator or cross-trained across settings, including inpatient units or home care, and will mentor new aides while maintaining safety and confidentiality in a dynamic hospice
