Patient Safety Insights Consultant
Hybrid 1:
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Patient Safety Insights Consultant is responsible for advancing clinical quality strategies through advanced analytics and performance improvement initiatives designed to identify, measure, improve quality outcomes and reduce preventable harm.
How you will make an impact:
- Analyzing complex clinical, quality, utilization, and cost data; developing predictive models and performance reporting
- Identifying patient safety and quality improvement opportunities
- Designing and implementing intervention strategies
- Leading performance reviews and action planning; validating measurement methodologies and data accuracy
- Supporting policy, reimbursement, and care management alignment efforts.
- Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations that improve clinical quality outcomes.
- Partners with internal stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in quality, affordability, and healthcare outcomes.
Minimum requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related or quantitative field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, healthcare analytics, managed care, population health, patient safety or related healthcare experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Expertise clinical data strategy is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel, Python, SQL and Tableau is preferred.
- Advanced analytics experience preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary
* range for this specific position is $ 97,040 to $167, 394.
Locations:
New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts and Ohio.
