Communi Care Rehab is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) for Kenwood Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH. Our therapists are in-house team members delivering direct resident care and developing individualized therapy plans.
You will evaluate patients, create and implement treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive care. Multiple center assignments may be available to meet diverse patient needs.
