Job Overview
Lindner Center of Hope is a nationally renowned psychiatric center located in Mason, Ohio. We are seeking multiple Telehealth Outpatient Therapists to provide outpatient care to adults and adolescents, focusing on OCD, Panic Disorder, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and related behavioral disorders. The role entails working with licensed professionals and applying CBT, ERP, and other evidence‑based techniques.
Essential Functions- Perform psychosocial assessments for patients and/or families.
- Formulate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with LCOH social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and other treatment team members.
- Maintain knowledge of external resources for patient needs.
- Perform all required patient care documentation accurately, legibly, and within expected time.
- Liaison with community agencies; participate in area activities related to mental health.
- Maintain current licensure and participate in continuing education to maintain competency.
- Participate in departmental and LCOH quality improvement efforts; ensure peer review standards are met.
- Participate in community education and outreach.
- Perform related duties based on departmental need.
- Master's Degree – for LPCC: degree must be from a clinical mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling, or addiction counseling program accredited by CACREP.
- For LISW: degree must be in social work from a CSWE accredited program.
- For IMFT: degree must be from a marriage and family therapy (MFT) program.
- State of Ohio Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- State of Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW).
- State of Ohio Independent Family and Marriage Therapist (IMFT).
No experience required.
Additional Qualifications Considered- Knowledge of assessment and counseling practices and principles; experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is ideal.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate and work with others to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
- Ability to enthusiastically follow and model the Lindner Center of Hope mission, vision, and values.
- CPR certification or completion of CPR course within the first two weeks of employment.
- Current experience and training with CBT and ERP.
- Office environment; no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
