Your Role as a Respiratory Therapist:

Set up and operate mechanical ventilators and related equipment
Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications as prescribed
Monitor patient response and vital signs
Assist with breathing exercises and recovery plans
Ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently
Document therapy and patient progress in charts
Collaborate with physicians and care team members
Train staff and contribute to best practices in respiratory care

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
Active State of Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner License
Experience in vent care or long-term care preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Ready to bring your skills and heart to a place that values both
