Eventus Whole Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will perform patient rounds, evaluate mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to sustain residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
Ideal candidates hold current NP or PA licensure in the state, with geriatrics/family medicine/psychiatry experience preferred.
