Housekeeping and Laundry Director

A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Cincinnati, Ohio area is seeking an experienced Housekeeping and Laundry Director to join our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• Overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations
• Managing and scheduling staff to ensure full coverage and efficiency
• Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the facility
• Monitoring inventory and department budgets
• Conducting inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Providing training, support, and performance feedback to team members

• Prior experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or laundry management (healthcare or long-term care preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and infection control requirements
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
