Forensic Medical Coder

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Forensic Medical Coder to investigate and resolve complex coding, billing, and documentation issues across hospital and physician services. In this role, you will analyze medical records, denials, and revenue cycle data to identify patterns, coding errors, and compliance risks. You will perform detailed chart reviews, recommend corrections, and collaborate with clinical, billing, and compliance teams to improve coding accuracy, documentation quality, and reimbursement integrity, supporting better financial and patient outcomes in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
