PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Cincinnati-Area SNFCincinnati, OH Occupational Therapy Assistant
Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned & OperatedWe are currently seeking PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide occupational therapy services within a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Cincinnati, Ohio market.
Opportunities are available in:- North Central Cincinnati/I-75 Corridor
- Mt. Airey/College Hill
- Mt. Healthy/Springfield Township
- West Side/Delhi Area
- Loveland
Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignments are based on clinician preference, availability, and geographic convenience.
This position supports multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across the greater Cincinnati area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations, scheduling needs, and travel expectations to ensure the best possible fit.
As a COTA, you'll play an important role in helping residents maximize independence, improve daily function, and safely engage in meaningful activities that enhance quality of life.

- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time
- Educate patients, families, and facility staff
- Recommend adaptive equipment and treatment interventions
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care every day
- Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and clinical reasoning abilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and achieve productivity standards
