The Christ Hospital Home Health Care in Cincinnati is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, Monday–Friday with no on-call or weekends. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient conditions, and document care per Medicare guidelines.
