Lynx EMS provides private ambulance services for smooth, dependable patient transport to local area hospitals from various locations, including homes, emergency rooms, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and hospice care. Were here to ensure safe, timely transport, including discharge services from any medical facility.

Position Overview

As an EMT, you will play a vital role in providing both emergency and non-emergency medical transport services throughout the region. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care with integrity and professionalism.

You will support a wide range of transport services, including hospital discharges, scheduled medical transports, interfacility transfers, and emergency responses. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care while ensuring timely and efficient transport operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and passionate about serving their community through exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with state and company protocols
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and equipment
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurate documentation
  • Ensure the ambulance unit is clean, stocked, and deployment-ready at all times
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members
  • Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations

What We Looking For

  • Current State EMT Certification (or reciprocity eligible)
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to reliability and punctuality for scheduled day shifts
