Nursing Home Administrator In Training, Ait
The Communi Care Family of Companies is currently seeking a Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) for an internship at one of our Cincinnati, OH facilities.
The ideal candidate for the Administrator in Training position will have a desire to assume the key leadership roles of Executive Director. The position of Nursing Home Administrator in Training / AIT will assist the Executive Director in providing leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times.
The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be enrolled in or have completed an AIT program
- Strong management and operation skills
- Strong math/budgetary skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
