Clovernook Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join our skilled nursing and ventilator care team on a PRN basis. Deliver high-quality respiratory care for residents on ventilators, trachs, and oxygen therapy
Perform routine ventilator checks, settings adjustments per orders, and tracheostomy maintenance
Administer nebulizer, bronchodilator, and other prescribed respiratory treatments
Monitor resident respiratory status, document thoroughly, and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and on-call team for optimal care plans
Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure respiratory equipment readiness and safety
Support new admissions, weaning protocols, and shift handoffs with clear communication
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Active Ohio RRT license
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
1+ years experience in ventilator/trach care preferred (SNF, LTACH, or hospital; new grads welcome with strong interest)
Ability to work independently, prioritize safely, and thrive in a geriatric long-term care environment
